You're Not Investing in One Film

AKR2 is the ignition point for a franchise already in development. The story doesn't end when the fridge goes dark — it's just getting started.

The fridge returns. 40 years after the cult original, Worcester, MA is back on the menu. 97-page script. Teaser shot. Production-ready. This is where the franchise begins again.

Attack of the Killer Refrigerator 3

In Development

Concept by Savino & Veau

Nine months after the massacre, the Refrigerator's offspring is born in a psychiatric ward during a violent storm — a baby with a strange rectangular chest cavity that snaps shut with bone-crushing force. His mother Samantha escapes with him hidden under a food service cart and raises him in total secrecy, always moving, always hiding. By high school, his rectangular chest has made him a football legend — coaches say he doesn't need shoulder pads, teammates call him "The Refrigerator." But the hunger evolves. William begins to die, and only human flesh will sustain him. Samantha starts luring victims to the basement — homeless, strangers, anyone who won't be missed — while Slasher — an old friend of Samantha and Fred, now a rookie detective — investigates the disappearances, never suspecting the girl they all grew up with is at the center of it all.

The Franchise Model

Investors in AKR2 are positioned at the ground floor of a planned horror franchise. Early investors share in all revenue streams across the AKR universe — not just the film you funded, but the brand, the merchandise, and the sequels it spawns. The original AKR ran on a shoestring and built 40 years of cult demand. Imagine what a properly funded sequel — and a franchise behind it — can do.
